  1. Identify key reservoir fluid properties from surface and down-hole measurements and explain their application in production operations
  2. Explain the concepts of nodal analysis (inflow and outflow performance) for flowrate prediction and the effect of sensitivity variables. Appraise the selection and operation of key artificial lift techniques
  3. List the key types of production data that are measured and collected and used in production surveillance, allocation and optimisation
  4. List the principal types of formation damage and their treatment. Compare and contrast the various well intervention and stimulation techniques available for production wells
  5. Analyse the various threats to well integrity and flow assurance in production and injection systems and identify the associated key maintenance strategies
  6. Explain the mechanisms and the methods of control for the various forms of corrosion prevalent within the oil and gas industry including the appropriate selection of materials
  7. Describe the objectives, options and layout of surface production facilities for onshore and offshore fields. Explain the selection, sizing and operation of primary separation systems
  8. Identify the main equipment types used in the treatment of oil, water and gas to meet export specifications and explain their operation
  9. List the primary components and function of the various transportation systems required to export oil, gas and water
